yep. But when I emailed the Chex people to double check it, they did their very level best to not answer. Argh. Apparently, there's none of the Big Eight in rice Chex, plus molluscs and sesame, but as for rye, barley or spelt? They declined to answer. Then they were vague. Then they were silent.
Me, I'm making our allergy clinic's nutritionist figure this one out. Sigh.
